A message dated March 20, 1998, was read stating the Governor is              
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:           
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 30                                            
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of
